The Trust meets four times
each year to consider applications for assistance.
Meetings are usually held on the first Wednesday of:
- March
- June
- September
- December
General applications must
be received by the Executive Officer by the 15th of the month
prior to each meeting. As retrospective applications cannot
be considered by the Trust, those received after the 15 will
be considered to be ineligible if the event for which funding
is requested takes place prior to the application being considered.
Closing dates for general applications
to be received are:
- 15th February
- 15th May
- 15th August
- 15th November
HOWEVER, THE MEETING TIMES
MAY VARY, SO APPLICANTS ARE ADVISED TO CONTACT THE EXECUTIVE
OFFICER TO CONFIRM THE DATE OF A PARTICULAR MEETING, TO ENSURE
THAT THE APPLICATION WILL BE ELIGIBLE.
